Accessibility statement

National Wall Printers wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion enabled.

Standard we work to

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What is in place

• Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, including both navigation menus, the mobile menu, the surface selector, the FAQ accordions, and the video sound control
• Visible focus indicators throughout, and a skip link to the main content
• Text and interface colors measured against WCAG AA contrast thresholds
• Headings in a logical order, one main heading per page, and landmark regions for navigation, main content, and the footer
• Text alternatives for images and diagrams, with decorative images marked so screen readers skip them
• Video is muted by default. Video that carries sound does not autoplay on small screens, and all motion is replaced by a still image when a visitor prefers reduced motion
• Heading animations are disabled entirely when a visitor prefers reduced motion, and never hide content if scripting fails
• Form fields have persistent visible labels, and errors are announced rather than shown only by color
• The layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and at 400% zoom

Known limitations

A full manual screen reader pass has not yet been completed on every page. Some third-party services are outside our control and may not meet the same standard: our financing partner's application form, and Calendly's scheduling tool, which you reach either after the contact form or through the Book an introduction call button on our pages. That button opens Calendly in a layer over the page, and once it is open the keyboard and screen reader behavior inside it is Calendly's rather than ours. If any of this prevents you from reaching us, call us instead and we will handle it directly — booking a call is never the only way to get hold of us.
