What loads

Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies that measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. IP anonymization is enabled.
Google Ads — sets cookies that measure which advertisements lead to enquiries and support remarketing.
ZoomInfo WebSights — uses your network address to identify the organization a visit is likely coming from, so we can see which kinds of institution are researching our equipment.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Our host, Cloudflare, adds a small measurement script to every page. It counts page views and reports which pages and referrers are busiest, in aggregate. Like the BBB seal below, it loads on every page view before and regardless of your cookie choice, because the hosting platform adds it rather than the consent notice. It sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and does not follow you to other sites.

The BBB accreditation seal

Our footer displays the Better Business Bureau accreditation seal, which BBB requires to be loaded from their own server. That image request reaches BBB on every page view, before and regardless of your cookie choice. It sets no cookie and is not used to track you, but we would rather say so plainly than claim nothing at all is requested.

Third parties reached when you contact us

Submitting the contact form sends your details to Salesforce and then takes you to Calendly to book a call. Those services may set their own cookies once you are interacting with them, and they operate under their own privacy terms.

Pages across this site also carry a Book an introduction call button. Clicking it loads Calendly's scheduling widget from Calendly's own servers and opens it over the page. Nothing is requested from Calendly until you click, and the button works whether or not you accepted cookies, because it is a tool you asked for rather than a way of measuring you. Once the widget is open you are interacting with Calendly, and it may set its own cookies.

Your choice is stored on your device

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key nwp-consent. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Changing your mind

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and change your choice. Clearing your browser's storage for this site has the same effect.

Browser controls

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking cookies will not stop this site from working, since nothing on the site depends on them.
