This policy explains what National Wall Printers collects when you use nationalwallprinters.com, why we collect it, and who else it reaches.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect the first and last name, email address, phone number, and organization you provide. That information is sent to our Salesforce account, where it is recorded as a sales enquiry, and we use it to contact you about your request and to follow up on any relationship that results. We do not sell it.
After submitting the form you are taken to Calendly to book an introduction call. Your name and email are passed across in the web address so you do not have to type them again, which means they are visible in that address and may be recorded in your browser history. Anything further you enter there, including the time you choose, is handled by Calendly under its own terms.
You can also book without using the form: pages across this site carry a Book an introduction call button that opens Calendly's scheduling widget over the page. Whatever you enter there — your name, email, and the time you choose — goes to Calendly rather than to our contact form, and is handled under Calendly's terms. We are told that a booking was made so that we can measure which of our advertising leads to booked calls; we are not told anything you typed beyond what Calendly sends us with the booking itself.
Information collected automatically
Our host records standard server information for every visit, including network address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is ordinary web server activity and happens whether or not you accept cookies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The services below load when you visit the site, and a notice on your first visit tells you so. You can opt out at any time, from that notice or from the Cookie preferences control in the footer of every page. Once you opt out, none of them run on any page you view afterwards.
One exception: our host, Cloudflare, adds its own page-view measurement to every page. Because it is added by the hosting platform rather than by the notice, it runs regardless of your choice. It sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and reports only aggregate counts.
The services we load are:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how the site is used, with IP anonymization enabled.
- Google Ads — measures which advertisements lead to enquiries and supports remarketing.
- ZoomInfo WebSights — described below.
Visitor identification
We load ZoomInfo WebSights on arrival unless you have opted out. This service uses your network address to identify the organization a visit is likely coming from, so we can see which kinds of institution are researching our equipment. It reports at the organization level. We do not use it to identify you personally by name.
Service providers
We use the following providers, each of which processes data under its own terms:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and cookieless page-view measurement that runs regardless of your cookie choice.
- Salesforce — receives and stores contact form submissions as sales enquiries.
- Calendly — scheduling for introduction calls, both after the contact form and through the booking button embedded on our pages.
- Google — analytics and advertising, unless you have opted out.
- ZoomInfo — visitor identification, unless you have opted out.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our Salesforce account for as long as they are useful to the enquiry and any relationship that follows. Analytics data is retained according to the settings on our Google Analytics property.
Your choices
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email sales@nationalwallprinters.com or call 646-870-4000.
Children
This site sells industrial printing equipment and is intended for business and institutional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new "last updated" date.
